🐷 Meet Pickles 🐷

Pickles is an approximately 1½-year-old American Mini Pig weighing around 45 pounds, and he is looking for his forever home with his best friend (and wifey ❤️), Peaches. These two are incredibly bonded, and after everything they’ve been through, we want them to spend the rest of their lives together.

Pickles and Peaches came to us from a heartbreaking situation where they were living in an overcrowded stall with more than 30 animals. They had very little individual attention or handling, and when we first met them, they were understandably unsure of people. They simply hadn’t had the opportunity to learn what it felt like to be safe, loved, and cared for.

Since coming into rescue, Pickles has made so much progress. He is still a little shy when meeting someone new, but once he realizes you’re his friend, his sweet personality starts to come out. He’s learning to trust more every day and has even discovered the magic of belly rubs!! 🥹

Pickles is a gentle, sweet boy who just needs someone willing to give him time. We aren’t looking for a home that expects him and Peaches to immediately be outgoing and confident. We’re looking for a patient, warm, compassionate home that understands they’ve had a difficult start and will allow them to open up at their own pace.

More than anything, these two deserve a peaceful place where they can finally feel secure, enjoy being pigs, and live the happy life they should have always had.
